General guidelines on access, subscription, infrastructure usage, data protection and the relationship with Vortuno.
1. Service usage
1.1 Subscription and acceptance
By subscribing to or using Vortuno services, the client agrees to the conditions applicable to the plan, environment and resources provided for the project.
1.2 Permitted use
Infrastructure must be used lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with contracted resources and limits.
1.3 Credentials and access
The client is responsible for protecting credentials and managing access granted to users, teams and developers.
1.4 Availability and maintenance
Maintenance, updates or technical adjustments may be performed to preserve security, performance and service continuity.
1.5 Subscription, non-payment and reactivation
Continued operation depends on the subscription remaining in good standing. After 5 consecutive days of non-payment, the environment may be suspended and project data may enter a recycling or deletion process under the applicable retention policy. Reactivation may require a BRL 97.90 fee, or its equivalent in the applicable billing currency.
2. Information processing
2.1 Account data
Data required for account creation, subscription, billing, support and client relationship management may be processed.
2.2 Project data
Information stored in the infrastructure remains linked to the project and must be handled according to applicable law, contracted settings and each party’s responsibilities.
2.3 Security
Protective practices appropriate to the nature of the services are adopted, without removing the client’s responsibility for credentials, integrations and configurations under their control.

Questions related to privacy, data access or support may be submitted through Vortuno’s official channels.
